Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, there is a delivery option. Delivery is a $12 flat rate plus .58 per mile from "CDLCC HQ's" in Apache Junction, AZ. Delivery is highly recommended for cakes that are more than 2 or 3 tiers. More than 3 tiers is assembled on event site.
Q: Are you an 'actual bakery'?
A: Well, yes, I like to think so! Creme de le Creme Cakes is registered with the State of Arizona's Confectionary Goods department to prepare and sell from a home. Creme de le Creme Cakes also follows all food handler's rules and guidelines and holds a food handler's card.
Q: How much do the cakes cost?
A: You can check the starting prices on the Custom Desserts page. There is a lot of information needed for your custom cake or any custom treat, in order to give you the appropriate quote. So let's chat about the details! Email is strongly encouraged! Please no text messages.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: A deposit of half of the total is due 3-4 weeks prior to your occasion date. You also have the option to pay the full amount if you choose to do so, but it is not required. Cash and all major credit or debit cards are accepted. An invoice will be emailed to you for the deposit with a link/button to pay. The remaining total is due upon delivery or pickup, via balance invoice or in cash. No checks are accepted at this time. **DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE**
Q: How far in advance must I order?
A: Place your order within a minimum of 3-4 weeks from your occasion date. Only a deposit books an order into our calendar. Discussing a cake does not hold your date! ONLY A DEPOSIT HOLDS AND BOOKS YOUR DATE! Early planning is best as the calendar does fill fast. Weddings will need to be booked with a paid deposit at least 2 months in advance, if not more.
