-The Biker aka Tata- Yellow cake slightly wet; more moist than your typical cake, with milk, reminisent of Tres Leches, with fillings layered as follows from the bottom up: banana buttercream, fresh banana slices, chocolate ganache & finally vanilla buttercream. Can be purchased as a cake slice or as a decorative cake!
-The Shameless Mermaid aka Mama- Double chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream & chocolate ganache filling, covered in chocolate buttercream & topped with chocolate curls. Not for the faint of heart. Can be purchased by the slice or as a decorated cake.
-Mexican Tango- Pineapple cake with fresh mango fruit filling, sprinkled with tajin, pineapple buttercream & if you want to get extra fancy, add a chamoy drip on the finished cake!
-The July Baby- Brown Sugar yellow cake with sugar cookie crumble & cinnamon cream cheese buttercream filling, finished with vanilla buttercream!
-The Babygirl- Hot cocoa chocolate cinnamon cake filled with graham cracker crumbles & cream cheese buttercream filling, covered in vanilla cinnamon buttercream. Sounds like a mixture of roasting smores & drinking Horchata..
-My Scorpio- Coffee cake as black as can be. Really it's just a dark chocolate cake but with mocha & espresso flavor, with a cream cheese buttercream & Oreo crumble filling, covered in vanilla buttercream. He likes the darker, mysterious side, but is as sweet as a cookie!
-The Dogs- Peanut butter carrot marble cake with a cream cheese & peanut butter buttercream filling. Covered in a Whiskey infused buttercream, because Whiskey. Topped with one Red Rose. Because Rose.
